OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (CONTRACT)

Your Challenges :

• Have a good understanding and knowledge of standard operating procedures to perform daily operational issues
• Management of staff in day-to-day operations, including co-ordination of work between internal and external personnel of various levels
• Ensure compliance to procedures by performing random audit checks
• Monitor and supervise performance standards of a group of customer service staff to ensure KPI targets set by Management are met constantly optimize operational efficiencies
• Ability to make critical decisions relating to operations, and to handle issues with tact and discretion
• Plan and monitor the day-to-day manpower schedule and deployment
   

Requirements and Benefits :

• Minimum GCE "A" levels or Diploma from local recognized institutions
• Strong management, supervisory and teambuilding skills with minimum 5 years of related experience
• Must have the ability to work independently and exercise excellent judgment
• Must be able to work on 3 rotating shift
• Shift Allowances provided

• Annual remuneration package: $26,000
